help write serial, date, and time in visual c

hello fellows, need help sombody should please give me format of visual C that will write serial number, date, and time.
condition:
1, the serial number should be 12 digit
2, the date and time constant
3, date and time duration 12 month
3, file extention SHOULD BE DLL
